In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a straightforward and customer-friendly return and refund policy in place to make things right.

Return Policy

We accept returns for most items within 16 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated customer service team at [email protected]. They will provide you with detailed instructions and a return authorization number to facilitate the return process.

It is important to note that the item(s) being returned must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that are not in new condition, or have been used or washed, may not be eligible for return.

Upon receiving your return, we will carefully inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If the item(s) pass inspection, we will proceed with issuing a refund to your original payment method. Kindly note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For defective or damaged items, please contact our customer service team immediately at [email protected]. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund as needed.

Refund Policy

Refunds for eligible returned items will be processed within 8-10 business days from the date of receiving the item(s). Please be aware that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

If your order was paid for using a gift card, the refund will be issued as a new gift card. For orders paid with a combination of a gift card and a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the gift card first, and any remaining amount will be refunded to the credit card if necessary.

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return as outlined above and placing a new order for the desired item.

Shipping Policies for Returns

If you need to return an item, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

Please understand that we cannot be held liable for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend securely packaging the item(s) and insuring the package for the full value of the item(s).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Items that are not in new, unused condition
  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Items that are missing tags or packaging
  • Final Sale Items

From time to time, we may offer items that are marked as final sales. These items are not eligible for return or exchange, and all sales are considered final.

Promotions and Discounts

If you purchased an item using a promotion or discount code, a refund will be issued for the amount paid after the discount is applied. In the case of returning an item that was part of a promotion or discount, the refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount was applied.

Changes to Return Policy

We reserve the right to modify our return policy without prior notice. The return policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
